We created this package to complement any diet or juice fast to ensure that you are consuming the Daily Recommended Intake (RDI) of dietary fiber, water and trace minerals that are essential to keeping your diet balanced and your digestive system regular. This product tastes no different than water; it's colourless, odourless and flavourless.

Ingredients

We use a non-GMO heritage corn fiber for this blend that is indigestible making it a great food for your gut bacteria.

Recommended Intake

In order to get the RDI of dietary fiber, you will need to consume all six bottles in one day for a total of 24 grams of fiber. If you are doing a juice fast, we recommend consuming one Water-Dale Bridge in between each juice you consume during the day, ending the day with a Water-Dale Bridge before bed.
