Cold-pressing is a heat-free technique using steel plates and thousands of pounds of pressure to extract juice and beneficial nutrients from raw fruit & vegetable. It’s more beneficial than centrifugal juicing, which emits heat via spinning steel plates & damages the live enzymes found in fresh produce. We are able to include nearly five pounds of locally sourced fruits & vegetables into each bottle.
Pasteurization is a technique that uses heat and/or pressure to prolong the juice’s shelf life, but in turn damages the essential enzymes & nutrients from fresh fruits & vegetables — destroying the juice’s very intent. We fresh-presh our juices and keep them raw. Because of this, we recommend consuming our juices within three days, ensuring taste & nutritional content are at their peaks.
