The Product Concierge at Neo Juicery is responsible for providing excellent service to customers visiting the Neo Juicery kiosk. The Product Concierge is the first point of contact for customers visiting our store, and is the main operator of the Neo Juicery kiosk. We can offer flexible working hours for the right person, and can accomodate full-time and part-time work as desired. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they walk in
• Provide product knowledge to customers on all Neo Juicery products 
• Take customer orders and process them through Neo Juicery’s order system 
• Process purchase transactions on Neo Juicery’s Point of Sale system
• Respond to customer inquiries that come through phone, email and social media 
• Troubleshoot order issues in a professional manner, as they arise 
• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for visiting customers 
• Complete administrative duties, such as email communication, ordering supplies, processing receipts and daily cash-outs, and filing
• Participate in sales generation activities, such as events, trade shows, cold-calling, and email communication with local partners 
• Complete daily dusting, floor and window cleaning
• Snap pictures and videos and post on Neo Juicery’s social media platform(s)

Compensation and Perks:

• A starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with increases every 6 months based on performance
