This is our first attempt to deliver our products beyond Edmonton and surrounding areas. Bear with us as we experiment with this new system. Your satisfaction and convenience is most important to us, so please provide feedback at any time! Here are specifics to consider:

• Deliveries will take place on Wednesdays
• Deliveries will be in refrigerated vehicles through our partners, The Organic Box
• Our products have a four-day self life, that has not changed. If you order more than four days worth, please freeze your products so they do not expire.

TIP: If freezing, either transfer to a mason jar or unscrew the lid and place it very gently on the mouth of the bottle to allow room for glass expansion during freezing. 

• You will not be called prior to your delivery. Your package will be placed on your doorstep or according to the instructions you provide. It is your responsibility to fetch your package from the outside. We do not guarantee lost package(s) if we have received confirmation of its delivery.
• Be patient. Good-hearted local folks deliver your juice and the roads in the winter can be quite dangerous. Deliveries may not arrive consistently at the same times.
• All of our Alberta customers can benefit from our Bottle Rebate program. Pick up of bottles will take place on your next delivery and you will receive $1 per bottle credit on your next order.
• We are SO EXCITED to bring Neo Juice across Alberta! We hope you will enjoy your experience with Neo Juicery.

Delivery prices outside of our local delivery zone are a flat $20 fee, regardless of how much you purchase. At checkout, you will be given your delivery option based on your postal code.
