RVR Valley is one of our most popular beverages because of its pleasant and often much-needed ginger kick. Because it is made from fresh pressed romaine lettuce and celery, this juice is high in minerals (magnesium, potassium, phosphorus); offers 8 grams of protein per bottle; and is a very good source of vitamin C. We use romaine lettuce as the base for this juice because of its surprisingly good content of folic acid; a B-vitamin that is often hard to get in foods for many people, especially women who need it most during child bearing years. This juice is good for:
